REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Incert™ app sells:
1. Curated digital media which is immediately downloadable after purchase by the user. There is no physical delivery of content that is bought from Incert™ app. Hence there is no return policy, which means once the media is bought by the user, the user cannot return it. The user can download the bought media multiple times through the app but use it only for the number of times he has bought.

2. Slots for personalized media which the user can use later to request for a personalized message from the celebrity. Here again based on the approval from the review team on the request, the request will be delivered by the celebrity, on successful review the media will be delivered to the user. Once a slot is booked by the user the user can decide to cancel the slot, cancellation charges as applicable are mentioned in the terms of use. On cancellation of the slot, the amount after deduction of cancellation charges will be credited to the user – the status of refund will be informed to the user by email.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

1. Refund is applicable only in case of user purchasing celebrity slots for personalized media requests. On purchase of personalized celebrity slots, if the user decides to cancel the slot booked by him, cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned in the terms of use. On cancellation of the slot, the amount after deduction of cancellation charges will be credited to the user – the status of refund will be informed to the user by email.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only celebrity slots for personalized media may be refunded, these will be refunded even if it is on sale, but appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned in the terms of use.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do not replace curated media sold or exchange the celebrity slot bought by user for another celebrity slot. As there are no physical goods sold by Incert™ app, exchanges are not allowed.

SHIPPING

As there are no physical goods sold by Incert™ app currently, there is no shipping or shipping charge involved currently.
